800 Yard open water swim, 11.5-mile bike, 5k run.
The Scenic City Triathlon aims to Honor Anne Prettyman. Anne was such an inspiration to anyone blessed enough to know her. The Scenic City Triathlon was Ann’s first Triathlon and she will forever be etched in the memories of those who raced alongside her.
This year we will feature an 800 Yard Time Trial swim start in beautiful Chester Frost Park’s secure inlet. Followed by an 11.5-mile bike (With just a couple short hills) and finish with a 5k run through the campground.
Packet Pickup will be race morning at the Beach Pavilion, not at the island pavilion as in previous years.
Aid stations:
None on the bike course, 2 on the Run course.
Parking will be next to the transition area next to the beach area. This is a change from previous years.
